HELLLOOOOOOOO! 195.7 this morning. I always get on the scale 2 or 3 times to make sure Im down another number and it was true. Yay me! I just keep doin my thing and every few days or so another pound goes bye bye. I will let you know when the next one is. Bye for now.

196.2 woooohooooo

196.2....another pound. That because I dont feel well with a cold/voice thing and didnt eat till 1am. then had couple bites of shrimp and dinner was 1/2 pound angus burger with 8 year old cheddar no bun. Had to eat it in 2 sessions. Then followed it up with a piece of cheese cake. Still lost weight. See ya when I lose another. byeeeee

197 BABY!!!!!

Thats all I have to say. 197 yipeeeeeeeeee. Nothing else new. I was surprised to see another pound down because I did eat some things I shouldnt have. Just cant eat much of them. Oh welll, I will take it where I can get it. lol 36 pounds total in 5 months. yahoooooooo

Still 198

Just checkin in to let you know Im still at 198. I think I need to eat every 4 hours to stop the grazing at whim thing I was doing and then the food doesnt come back out. I guess its not too tight or too full but its me not waiting 4 hours or eating 3 meals a day with one snack. Thats the hard part when you get up at 5 am, dont eat till 8 then 12 then 4 or 5. Its a long time in between the last meal and bedtime. I also need to make better choices. Ice cream still goes down really well. I still can only eat 2 cheese sticks or 1/2 english muffin or a couple bites of whatever. So it will be a challenge going back to work and schedueling my eating. I will let you know when I lose more. Dont think Im having a fill in September. This might be my sweet spot that keeps me honest. Another fill might be too much. Talk soon.......

35 pounds down. GO ME!!!!!

198.2 this morning. I still bellieve he tightened it too much because I can hardly eat without it wanting to come back out. 2 cheese sticks or 1/2 english muffin is about the amount I can get down. Im torn between haveing it loosened a bit or not. I dont want to quit losing but I think I need to eat for nutritional value. We will see how today goes. Until then bye bye poundage.
